Our security measures COVID-19

Flagey is gradually reopening its doors to the public from Sunday, 5 July. To make everything run safely, there are a few important things you need to know:

TICKET SALE ONLINE

Our ticket shop and call center are currently closed. You can buy your tickets online on www.flagey.be or via ticket@flagey.be This way we can guarantee your safety and the safety of our employees.

Our online sales system automatically leaves enough space between the different visitor bubbles in the room. Do you want to come to a concert with several people from your bubble? Then please buy all your tickets at once. Buy doing so you will sit next to the people from your bubble.

COME ON TIME, BUT NOT EARLIER THAN 7:15PM

You are attending a live broadcast. So it is very important that you are on time. We will be expecting you between 7:15 and 7:45 p.m. We will close our doors at 7:55 p.m. The broadcast starts at 8pm sharp. Latecomers cannot enter the studio anymore. The broadcast ends at 10 p.m.

WEAR A FACE MASK

We ask you to wear your face mask from the moment you enter Flagey until you leave the building. Belgium makes face masks mandatory in shops and several other indoor venues from Saturday 11 July, following the new recommendations of the GEES.

TICKET SCAN AT ENTRANCE

Please keep your tickets close at the entrance (on smartphone or on paper), in order to scan them according to our instructions.

SAFETY MEASURES IN STUDIO 4

Seats are numbered. You can find the number of your seat on your ticket. To guarantee the physical distance between visitors, we leave enough unoccupied seats between the different visitor bubbles in the studio. There is a maximum of 200 tickets sold per evening.

Our cloakroom and bars are closed and there is no intermission. You will be able to place your jacket and/or bag on the seat next to you. We advise you to bring as little belongings as possible.

After the concert, we ask you to remain seated until the lights are turned on again and to follow further instructions from our staff.

Studio 4 is cleaned after every concert. We continuously purify the air in our building and regularly disinfect the surfaces that are frequently touched.

WASH OR DISINFECT YOUR HANDS REGULARLY

Proper hand hygiene is important. We therefore ask you to always disinfect your hands when you enter Flagey. You will find several displays in the building to disinfect your hands. Also wash your hands thoroughly after a visit to the toilet.

TOILET VISIT

If possible, go to the toilet before entering Studio 4 to avoid too many movements during the concert. The number of people in the sanitary areas is limited and is indicated before you enter the area. The toilets, as well as sensitive areas such as handles, are regularly cleaned and disinfected by our team.

STAY HOME WHEN YOU ARE ILL

If you don't feel well or if you have a fever, please stay home to protect yourself, the other visitors and our staff.

DO YOU HAVE A REDUCED MOBILITY?

Please contact us in advance on ticket@flagey.be Together we can check if you have an accessible place in Studio 4 and how we can guide you to your seat on the evening of the concert. Due to the renovation works this summer, the entrance for people with reduced mobility is different than usual. [AANPASSEN IN FUNCTIE VAN DE WERF]
