In commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Frédéric Chopin, the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel will pay homage for 4 days at Flagey to this prince of the piano, and emblematic figure of the Romantic era. Accompanied by the National Orchestra of Belgium under the baton of a Polish conductor, Michal Dworzynski, 12 young soloists from the Music Chapel (the youngest of whom is 11), supported by their master in residence, Abdel Rahman El Bacha, will enable you to discover or rediscover Chopin, by performing his integral work for piano and orchestra, all the etudes and preludes, Polish songs, and a more eclectic selection of works for piano and chamber music.
