CINÉ-CONCERT: Irish Destiny

Flagey fête la Saint-Patrick avec le tout premier long-métrage réalisé en Irlande, Irish Destiny, histoire d’amour passionnée sur fond de guerre d’indépendance irlandaise. Ce film de 1926 qu’on pensait perdu avant de le retrouver plusieurs dizaines d’années plus tard a été complètement restauré et colorisé. Le voilà sous un jour nouveau, accompagné d’une splendide partition de Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin commandée par l’Irish Film Institute.
