Bao Sissoko & Malick Pathé Sow

Enjoy some of the finest of African exile music, brought by one of the most important ambassadors of Senegalese Puelh music and the Mandinka kora virtuoso Bao Sissoko. With no more than a hoddu (West-African traditional lute), a guitar, a kora (21-string harp) and their voice, Malick Pathé Sow and his long-standing partner sing of life-long traditions and modern issues. These two griots – storytellers – will take us on a trip across the oral heritage of the Peulh culture.
