In 1997, the legendary Lockenhaus festival witnessed a minor revolution – Gidon Kremer introduced his new orchestra, Kremerata Baltica, comprising twenty-three talented young musicians from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Since then, Kremerata has become one of the best Chamber Orchestras in the world, consolidating their reputation in the most prestigious concert halls.
