Brussels Jazz Marathon

Casimir Liberski returns to Brussels with new electronic and contemporary pieces, after six years spent in the US - four years at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and two years in New York. He will be accompanied by his Brooklyn acolytes Jeff Witherell, a virtuoso drummer/percussionist, and French bass player Louis de Mieulle. Liberski’s sounds evoke his years making jazz in the US, but they also look at the Afro-American sources of the genre.
