Bao Sissoko & Malick Pathé Sow

Malick Pathé Sow, een van de belangrijkste vertegenwoordigers van de Senegalese Peulh-muziek, en de virtuoze Mandinka koraspeler Bao Sissoko gaan op zoek naar hun roots. Elkaar aanvoelen en versterken, daar gaat het om. Met een hoddu (traditionele West-Afrikaanse luit), een gitaar en een kora (21-snarige harp) nemen deze twee verhalenvertellers of griots ons mee langs de mondelinge tradities van de Peulh-cultuur en de grote vragen van de wereld van vandaag.
