Each year, the Next Generation competition presents a selection of films made by students in Belgian and international film schools.

A teenager filmbuff, Kornél, and a single woman in her forties, Hanna, meet each other. Then they meet again and start to realize that they might have more in common, than meets the eye. At first glance, the two characters are very much different, but due to some similar past expereinces they form an unlikely connection.

Blue Bed follows a couple in the intimate frame of their bed. In their dynamic we discover the beauty of young love and the obstacles that come with it.

Eigenheim (Welf Reinhart)
Germany - Fiction - 2021 - 23'06" - B&W
The older couple Monika and Werner Baland gets a termination due to intended owner occupation. The new landlord, a young mother, wants to move in by herself with her family. When the bailiff conveys the eviction notice, the couple only got two more weeks to avoid the eviction. While Monika tries everything to find a new housing, Werner fights for his dignity.

In the cosmopolitan city Canopia, Rashad is a ceo's bodyguard who just created a virtual trial system in partneship with the government. Ethical disagreements, Gambling activities, hallucinations and various hazards,... Rashad has to take a decision.
