François is a postman who takes his time doing his rounds every day. He isn’t the most handy of men; he often can’t even find the postbag on his back, much to the amusement of the villagers. Until, during the 14 July celebrations, he sees a film about the US postal service processing millions of letters quickly and efficiently. François is thoroughly impressed and decides to modernise the post office.
