Our ticketshop is located to the right of the main entrance (Place Sainte-Croix, 1050 Ixelles)
- regular opening hours: Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 to 17:00
- special opening hours: open one hour before each activity, until the start of the last activity, also on Monday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
- summer opening hours: from 21/7 to 15/8, our ticketshop opens only one hour before the start of each event
