All her life, Mia has felt like an outsider in her town and amongst her family. She is the only one who believes in the existence of monsters. When she is sent to a new school, Mia discovers that her new classmates are not children but real monsters. Mia is over the moon, but she soon realises that nobody at her school must know she’s actually human, otherwise she’ll be in big trouble. Her only option: to convince everyone that she’s a monster too.
