Evgeny Kissin

Evgeny Kissin returns to Flagey, for our 22/23 season, on June 21, 2023.

He’s finally made it to Flagey, the legendary Russian pianist Evgeny Kissin! His flawless playing technique and novel musical interpretations have made him one of the most remarkable pianists in the world for some time. He recently celebrated his 50th birthday and returns for this concert to the composers with whom it all started for him: Beethoven and Chopin. He performs some of their most beautiful works from the piano repertoire including Beethoven’s Opus 110 and a number of Mazurkas and the Grande Polonaise by Chopin.
