In a dystopic and crime-ridden Detroit, a terminally wounded cop returns to the force as a powerful cyborg haunted by submerged memories. Phil Tippett was in charge of the sequences with the heavily armed robot called ED-209: "Please put down your weapon. You have twenty seconds to comply."
