Miguel San Miguel

Miguel Tapia started high school in 1979 in the small city of San Miguel. Under a military dictatorship, the future offered scant hope to the young adolescent with nothing to his name. But Miguel dreamt about one thing and one thing only: putting together a rock band. Based on the life of the drummer of the Chilean band Los Prisioneros, this, the first of Matías Cruz’s films, leads us into a discovery of the backstory of those that were to become the voice of their generation.
