As a child growing up in Germany, Susanne Weck was enchanted by the exotic story of Gimka and Golka, two girls living in West Africa. As an adult, Susanne travels to meet these girls, now women, whose lives are completely different from her own.

Apiyo Amolo is Kenyan but lives in Zurich. An actor and model, she is a fascinating character who never hesitates to show her passion for life. The two-minute film presents a unique view of this character who is the embodiment of two cultures at once.

Er/Ich
Karin Bachman, cinema student and member of the Reithalle of Bern, a liberal cultural centre, follows Erich Hess, a young head of the conservative Swiss People's Party. Of the same age and from the same background, the two are each other's opposite.
