Zéro>18
Festival of Children’s Rights
The International Convention on the Rights of the Child concerns all children and young people from 0 to 18 years, including 1 million in Wallonia and Brussels!
To mark the Convention’s 24th anniversary, on 16 and 17 November 2013 the Wallonia-Brussels Federation is holding the third Festival Zéro>18 - a large-scale, fun, free event at which children and young people can (re)discover their rights in a festive setting.
On Saturday 16 November there will be graffiti, organised activities, a DJ set and a free concert by Scylla and Veence Hanao at the Eden in Charleroi.
And then on Sunday 17 November at the Flagey in Brussels there will be a day for all the family with ReMuA, Léon Accordéon, Fée un vœu, Ici Baba, Le Jouet Musical, Mon Géant, circus, dance, cinema and loads of activities.
