Anna and Magnus are in the process of divorcing. Yet they still spend time together regularly for the sake of their three children, Ída and the twins Þorgils and Grímur. Magnus works at sea and is often away from home for long stretches. Artist Anna creates powerful works that fail to receive the recognition they deserve. In search of meaning, both parents follow their own paths in this new, unfamiliar reality. But what happens to the love that remains after a separation?
