Consuming Spirits

In an industrial town somewhere in the States, three people are scraping through life, plagued by misery, booze abuse and psychological wanderings. Earl hosts a radio gardening show, Gentian is a bus driver and Victor works for the local rag. This dark and venomous tale slowly reveals the relationships between them. Fifteen years in the making, this crafted piece renders the fragility of its characters palpable.
