Enjoy the Festival Family Breakfast!
The vocal children's collective Shanti! Shanti! hurries 'Super Sunday' along with multi-lingual songs and colourful sounds. This group of children from Brussels has gradually become an established name at KlaraFestival. Last year they sang with adult singers. This year they will be joining forces with the Rwandan children's dance troupe Inyane and the very unusual bass saxophone trio ‘3Bs’. A unique and fascinating combination!There are many contemporary pieces on the programme in addition to a song by the Lebanese singer Fairouz, the 16th century composer Thomas Morley and a number of playful ‘traditionals’. Water sounds, clicking, whirring, bright voices... Add to these dancing from Rwanda and moves that the children invented when working with choreographer Karin Vyncke, and you have all the ingredients for an original and refreshing spring concert.
