The Orchestre de Chambre Nouvelle Europe brings together young musicians from all around Europe who are living in France, and who share extremely high musical and technical skills. It gives regularly the opportunity for its members to both play as soloists with the orchestra or to accompany world-famous soloists. Created in 2002 by Nicolas Krauze, its musical director, the Orchestre de Chambre Nouvelle Europe has performed over 300 concerts all over Europe. The OCNE gives a preference for repertoires of 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. The OCNE enjoys reorchestrating pieces, and regularly focuses on creating contemporary works.
