Festival Anima : In the Country of the Helvetians
Retrospective
In Switzerland, animation is an affair of craftsman, passionate about a beautiful piece of work.
Over the past decade we have seen Swiss animation catching people’s interest at all the festivals, with an often playful approach to storytelling added to its already recognized graphic qualities. This programme of shorts will give our (almost) near neighbours an image of a very creative and trendy country, far removed from its mountain pasture conventional image.
