Meet one of the greatest troubadours from Mali: Baba Sissoko.
He conveys stories with traditional Malian music and Afro Blues. Baba descends from a famous griot family. Griots are bards that pass down the Malian culture from generation to generation through music. We discover typical West African instruments like the talking drum, kamale ngoni and the balafon, and you can even play along on the hypnotic rhythms and catching songs during the concert.

Baba has worked together with many celebrated musical heroes being Youssou N’Dour, Habib Koité, Rokia Traoré, Alì Farka Touré, Sting and even our own Aka Moon. In his music, he mixes traditional roots with jazz, blues and rock . A world-class artist!
