Dimitri is a little bird from Europe who ends up in Africa due to a storm that separates him from his parents. Luckily, Makeba the giraffe takes him under her wing and helps him overcome his fears to discover a world full of surprises. Meanwhile, a group of animals of varying sizes take refuge in a mitten while a cat develops an outlandish taste for singing.
