The 80-year old Alain Cavalier continues his very personal investigations with this “home movie”. Within the confines of his own home and armed with just a small video camera, he tracks the objects and signs which are capable of giving him a fleeting sense of happiness and leisurely improvises on life’s smallest common denominator. He forages in an intimate and creative manner, to breathe life and sense into the insignificant, into the simplest of objects and innocent gestures.
