In God's Hand

Following their desired consecration into the priesthood, three priests (a Belgian, an Austrian and a German) left the Roman Catholic church. They tell their stories, explaining, without indulgence, their crises and renunciation. Additional testimony comes from a woman who has also cut herself off from the church... Peter Woditsch has previously examined religion in his documentaries. He revisits the subject with this troubling film which leads us to question the institution more than faith itself.
