Festival Anima : PechaKucha special animation

14 French and Dutch writers, illustrators and animators will pitch a project inspired by “Pecha-Kucha”: 20 pictures x 20 seconds or 10 pictures x 40 seconds or… = 14 (Flip) book of 6’40’’ each. An evening “Maison des auteurs” (SACD / SCAM).
