This magical animated feature film takes place in the realm of a tyrannical ruler, whom only a bird dares to mock. The king is in love with a shepherdess, but she loves a chimney sweep, on whom the king will vent his anger. A revolt ensues, then a giant robot is brought in to restore the peace...
