Celebrating Jacques Brel : Christian Klinkenberg Orchestra

This Belgian all-star Orchestra has been gathering since 1994 some of Belgium’s most promising young jazz talents. Their concerts usually involve new tones, rousing rhythms and soulful themes. Loyal to their typically bold but extremely refreshing and creative style, tonight they pay tribute to one of our “Greatest Belgians”, the singer Jacques Brel. At the request of Flagey, brand new arrangements (from their new album Geo² coming out in 2016!) of some of his songs will be performed. Composer Christian Klinkenberg “saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good”!
