While nobody wants to accompany him to Switzerland where assisted suicide is legal, Niels an incurable patient with a nerve disease finds the person that can help him regain his freedom: Maria. Maria, 35 years old nursing assistant in a hospital in Copenhagen, is in search of a more intense life and accepts to travel with him. Two completely opposed characters embark together on an intense journey that will bring them closer to each other but also closer to their dreams. The film is strongly reminiscent of Lars von Trier’s earlier works. In Your Arms, from Samanou Acheche Sahlstrøm, has taken the Dragon Award for best Nordic film at this year’s Goteborg Film Festival.
