On June 15, at 18:30, you are invited by the European Union at the premiere of the latest film of Khadija Al Salami, Moi Nojoom, 10 ans divorcée: a true story about a ten-year-old girl forced to marry a 30-year-old man. Nojoom refuses to continue in that misery, begins to fights for her rights – and eventually demands a divorce. This first feature film of Khadija Al Salami was shot entirely in Yemen and won the award for ‘best fiction film’ at the Dubai International Film Festival 2014.

After the movie, a debate with the director and actors of the film will take place, followed by a drink and a visit to a photo exhibition by six Yemeni female photographers of which four will be present.
