Masterclass: Hisko Hulsing

Hisko Hulsing is a Dutch filmmaker who already has a number of acclaimed short films to his name, including the multi-award-winning Junkyard and Seventeen. In 2012, he was invited to Disney, Dreamworks and Blue Sky to present his films to the animators working at these studios. He has also worked on the animated segments of two features: Last Hijack, a film about immigration, and Montage of Heck, a documentary about Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, produced by their daughter. Working also as a screenwriter, artist and composer, he will focus his masterclass on his techniques for storyboarding, writing and staging, layouts and perspectives, rotoscoping and CGI.
