Vicky
Premiere | Brussels Film Festival
At almost 30, Victoire is the youngest of the famous family Bonhomme, the eternal good child of the tribe. She finally decides to emancipate by discovering alcohol, sex, and... her voice. With Banjo, a bar singer and Elvis, she will succeed in taking off. She sings about love, taboo-free sex, and even convinces her mother to follow her steps. Victoria Bedos who co-wrote the screenplay for this film, as for La Famille Bélier, tells a story that could well be hers. Daughter of Guy Bedos, honoured at our festival this year, she has found her place in a world dominated by male egos. The result is a comical firework of humourous situations and dialogues.
