Bert Joris: a name, a style, almost a signature. In Europe, he is considered one of the most versatile and talented jazz musicians. Trumpet player, arranger and composer whose reputation goes far beyond our borders, Bert Joris also occupies a rather special position on an international level. For his own quartet, he has surrounded himself with renowned musicians like Philippe Aerts on bass, Dré Pallemaerts on drums and Dado Moroni on piano. Two albums later, « Magone » in 2007 and « Only for the Honest » in 2012, the four musicians still manage to find the necessary space for new discoveries.
