This exquisite blend of animation and digital images is produced by Tim Burton and translates brilliantly the tale of Roald Dahl on the big screen. He already experimented with the method of “stop motion” - an animation technique in which an object is shot image by image, and then moved after each shot to create the illusion of movement - The Nightmare Before Christmas result is startling!
