Mikhail Zygar, winner of the ‘International Press Freedom Award’ and author of All the Kremlin’s Men : Inside the Court of Vladimir Putin, currently resides at the invitation of PEN Vlaanderen in Antwerp as part of ICORN (international cities of refuge network). Also Aleksandr Skorobogatov, who is internationally renowned for his prose works, lives since several years in Antwerp. Shishkin lives in Zurich and Sedakova lives and works in Moscow.
