Richard the Stork

Richard the sparrow was adopted by storks and has grown up thinking he is one also. But then the day comes when the storks decide to migrate to Africa for the winter. Richard tries to join them by hitching lifts, then by bus, train and boat, accompanied by an eccentric owl and an egotistical budgie. He also starts learning to disco sing to prove to his family that he really is a stork.
