1958-2018
Our school is going to celebrate a very special anniversary next year: its 60th!
In September 1958, a little school opened its doors at nº 2, rue du Trône. There were only four language sections and a mere 26 pupils.
60 years later, Europe has expanded, the life of the school has been enhanced even further by the new countries, and in 2017-2018, EEBI is welcoming nearly 3,700 pupils on its two sites of Uccle and Berkendael.
To celebrate this wonderful anniversary, a big concert is being organised on Sunday 8th October 2017 at 15.30 at Flagey, place Sainte-Croix in Ixelles.

1958 – 2018
Unsere Schule wird im kommenden Jahr einen ganz besonderen Geburtstag feiern: ihren 60.!
Im September 1958 hat eine kleine Schule in der Rue du Trône Nr. 2 ihre Pforten geöffnet. Dort gab es vier Sprachabteilungen und nur 26 Schüler.
60 Jahre später hat Europa sich erweitert, die neuen Staaten haben das Leben an unserer Schule noch mehr bereichert, und die EEB1 zählt nun im Schuljahr 2017-2018 fast 3.700 Schüler an ihren beiden Standorten Uccle und Berkendael.
Um diesen besonderen Geburtstag gebührend zu feiern, wird am Sonntag, dem 8. Oktober 2017 um 15:30 Uhr ein großes Konzert in Flagey, place Sainte-Croix in Ixelles, stattfinden.
