Quatuor Taurus & Joonas Ahonen

It was in 2012, at Festival Musiq’3, that the Taurus Quartet gave its first concert. Here is a great vintage which has ripened magnificently over the years, as their rendition of Beethoven’s String quartet No. 9 will demonstrate. The quartet will be joined by one of the new generation’s most brilliant Finnish pianists. A meeting that will enable us to discover a rarely played work composed by Ottorino Respighi on the shores of the Baltic.
