Born into a family of musicians, Lubiana did not follow her mother into classical music, opting for jazz at an early age. She later discovered a passion for soul and funk. At the age of 16, she started her first group, “Afterpark”, after which she joined the blues band, “The Blues Berry”, singing cover versions. Soon after she formed the duo “Lubiana et Serge” which gave her the chance to perform her own songs. The young soul singer has more than one string to her bow. She plays the guitar, piano and saxophone, and in 2012 she competed in “The Voice Belgique”.
