Coronthie is one of the poorest neighbourhoods of Conakry, the capital of Guinea. The youth kill time in the streets playing music or football, the twin dreams of a lost generation. Les Espoirs de Coronthie breathes new life into traditional Guinean music, using traditional instruments: kora, balafon, bolon, gongoma.
