Sal La Rocca (B)

Sal La Rocca has built up a pedigree of jazz experience, both at home in Belgium and abroad, playing alongside Toots, Philip Catherine, Nathalie Loriers, Dani Klein and Anne Ducros. For the second time the sideman has swapped places with the group leader and composer; this time in order to bring us ‘It could be the End’. This personal vision of modern jazz intertwines improvisation with the energy and vibrancy of the rock world. High-flying soloists, swing, groove, power and tenderness are also all to be found lurking within.
