Three silent films by Mohammad Reza Abedi and Abdollah Alimorad, Iran, 2005. Films inspired by Persian poetry and philosophical tales: one, in paper cut-out animation, shows the encounter between a stork and a poor peasant, the other two use puppets to depict the lives of two white birds and the adventures of a young boy, the latter a truly impressive piece of work.
