On November 20, the Treaty regarding children’s rights, signed by the United Nations in New York in 1989, celebrates its 30th birthday. The Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles realizes all too well that such a birthday cannot be left unnoticed. They have organized the festival #ZÉRO > 18, a big festival focusing on children’s rights since 2011.
This festive event is typified by a fun and respectful approach of the theme of law and rights, exemplified in the four pillars of the festival: cohesion, diversity, participation and durability. The festivities will kick off in Flagey on November 17.
