Russell Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and a constellation of stars. The King’s Speech director Tom Hooper and Gladiator screenwriter William Nicholson serve up a brilliant and flamboyant adaptation of the musical tragedy by Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil, based on Victor Hugo’s literary epic. Les Miserables is part of the contemporary revival of the musical.
