A second chapter in the Flagey Chamber Music series devoted to Bach’s Goldberg Variations. After pianist Alexander Gurning, the TrioFenix will play a version for strings arranged by Dimitry Sitkovetsky. Fenix’s musicians, who belong to the well-respected Oxalys, De Munt and Brussels Philharmonic, also explore works for string trios, including the contemporary repertoire. They are frequent guests at top European festivals.
