This autumn marks the return of Elina Duni with a new album, Lost Ships, on the prestigious ECM label. Alongside her trademark blend of traditional Balkan songs and jazz, she adds new tracks co-written with the young London guitarist Rob Luft (BBC New Generation Artist 2019-2020). The duo formed three years ago and were recently joined by multi-instrumentalist Fred Thomas on piano and drums. Unique and moving.
