Alfred Hitchcock, the master of suspense, is on the lookout for a new project. It needs to be something risqué and not just run of the mill. He becomes interested in the story of a serial killer. Alma, his loyal wife and colleague, accustomed to her husband's obsessions and his penchant for blonde actresses, supports him during the filming of his most famous and most controversial film: Psycho.
