A walk in the Louisa quarter is an ideal way to get to know many important representatives of Art Nouveau. In 1898, Victor Horta built his own house with studio in St. Gillis. Here we see an example of his skills. He built a new town house around light, air and space. This famous architect is compared with fellow architects: Paul Hankar, Octave van Rysselberghe, Roosenboom... You’ll learn more about the different directions within Art Nouveau.
The tour ends at 5:30pm. After the tour, you can attend the concert by Brussels Philharmonic at Flagey: Schubert 'Unvollendete'. There's a combiticket for both the tour and the concert.
