Come along with your family to discover a new selection of international short films that offers a wonderful insight into the diversity of this format, which is so rarely seen on the big screen! The screening will be followed by a brief discussion about the films, focusing as much on the filmmaking techniques explored as on the themes raised. A wonderful way to get to know contemporary cinema, whilst learning in a fun way how to analyse the world around us. As an added bonus, the children will leave with a little craft project to do at home: a thaumatrope, a pre-cinema optical toy.
