Stijn Coninx (Part 2)

Second part of our Stijn Coninx retrospective. In recounting the stories of Soeur Sourire (the Singing Nun), Rocco Granata and triathlon champion Marc Herremans, the filmmaker tells us about real people who have stubbornly pursued their vocations (artistic or sporting) against the odds.

And so the director invites us to observe Belgium, its mindsets and its institutions, through “biopics” of its popular figures.
